Cancellation Policy
Consultation Booking, Cancellation, & Waitlist Policy Booking: Free consultations are offered by appointment only and can be scheduled online or by contacting our office directly. Each session is 30 minutes and designed to help us understand your child’s needs and provide next steps for support. Cancellation: We kindly ask for at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your consultation to ensure quality time and support for all families. Waitlist: If all consultation slots are filled, you may request to be added to our waitlist.
